Our founder, Nathan Jones, is an extremely passionate, driven and caring leader who derives his joy from helping others. Nathan shapes his own life around the same key values that underpin the NJ Fitness approach:

These values carry through into the additional services Nathan provides at NJ Fitness including high performance mindset mentoring for junior athletes, elite athlete mentoring and professional athlete management.

A family orientated, culturally-connected professional with over 15 years in the industry, Nathan is also a passionate advocate for a cause close to his heart, in Polynesian community health. He has a number of important initiatives to be released in this space throughout 2021 in Australia and his native New Zealand.
